In plain words
These are the companies that help us run LimberOps and may process customer data. All of them process data in the United States. Our AI providers may not use your data to train their models.
1. Current subprocessors

| Anthropic, PBC (Claude models via Azure AI Foundry) | AI features: drafting plans and runbooks, explaining changes | Prompts and the tenant inventory needed to answer them | United States |
| Clerk, Inc. | Sign-in and user account management | Names, email addresses and sign-in details of your users | United States |

2. Platforms you connect
Microsoft 365, Entra ID and other platforms you connect as client tenants are not our subprocessors. They are your, or your clients', own services; LimberOps reads and changes them on your instructions.
3. Changes and notifications
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, as described in our Data Processing Agreement. To be emailed about changes, write to hello@limberops.com with the subject "Subprocessor notifications".
